Shipping & Returns Policy
At Mettā, we’re committed to delivering your skincare safely, promptly, and with care. Here’s everything you need to know:

-Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

-Delivery Time: Currently, we only deliver within India. Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3–7 working days depending on your location.

-Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below that amount and for Cash On Delivery orders.

-Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

-To cancel, please email us at hello@mettabeauty.in or WhatsApp us at +91 79779 66362 with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

-Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Since opened/used skincare products cannot be reused, we are unable to process returns or exchanges of our products that appear to be opened, tried, or used.
Only in the below cases, you can raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery:

1) You’ve received a wrong product

2) The product is spilled or expired upon delivery

To initiate a return in such cases:

-Email us at hello@mettabeauty.in or WhatsApp us at +91 79779 66362 within 48 hours of receiving the product.

-Share your order details with photos or videos of the products.

-Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Please Note:
Our packaging is designed to be eco-friendly. We use aluminium tubes and recycled paper boxes, which may sometimes result in slight dents or imperfections in transit. Please know that this is due to the nature of the material and it does not affect the quality, freshness, or efficacy of the product. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for minor packaging imperfections.
